Select the vendor category that best represents your business. Availability is limited in each category to reduce duplicate vendors. Once a category sells out, no additional registrations will be accepted.

Each standard registration includes one outdoor 10×10 vendor space. Vendors must provide their own tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, and display equipment.

Food and drink vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, and health regulations. Quiet generators are permitted, but a fire extinguisher is required.

Vendor vehicles must be moved to public parking after unloading unless otherwise directed. No vehicle movement is permitted inside the event area during event hours.

Payment confirms your vendor space. Vendor registrations are nonrefundable if the vendor cancels or does not attend.

If the event is rescheduled, registration will transfer to the new date. If TXSR cancels the event without a replacement date, vendors may choose a refund or event credit.

Please complete all required business information before checking out. Setup instructions, arrival times, and the vendor parking map will be sent to confirmed vendors before the event.
