TXSR Cars & Coffee Vendor Registration

TXSR CARS & COFFEE VENDOR REGISTRATION

Join us for the Breast Cancer Awareness Cars & Coffee presented by Texas Stock Rally! 🎀🏁

📅 Saturday, October 17, 2026
⏰ 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
📍 Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center
1310 FM 1788, Midland, TX 79707

Select the vendor category that best represents your business. Availability is limited in each category to help reduce duplicate vendors. Once a category sells out, no additional registrations will be accepted for that category.

Each standard vendor registration includes one outdoor 10×10 vendor space. Vendors must provide their own:

• Tent
• Tent weights
• Tables and chairs
• Display equipment

Food and drink vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, and health regulations. Quiet generators are permitted, but vendors operating a generator must have a fire extinguisher available.

Vendor vehicles must be moved to designated vendor/public parking after unloading unless otherwise directed by TXSR staff. No vehicle movement is permitted inside the event area during event hours.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Payment confirms your vendor space.

Vendor registrations are nonrefundable if the vendor cancels, does not attend, or is unable to participate.

If the event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.

If Texas Stock Rally cancels the event without a replacement date, vendors may choose between a refund or event credit.

Please complete all required business information before checking out.

🎀 We encourage vendors to incorporate pink or Breast Cancer Awareness themes into their booth if they would like!

Hosted by Texas Stock Rally

I’d definitely add that last pink-theme line. It gets the vendors involved without requiring them to decorate, and it’ll make the whole event look way better in photos.
