TXSR Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

All Texas Stock Rally giveaways ("Sweepstakes") are sponsored by Texas Stock Rally LLC ("Sponsor"), Midland, Texas.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Shopify. By entering, participants agree to release these platforms from any responsibility related to this promotion.

2. Entry Period

Each Sweepstakes will have a specific start and end date ("Entry Period"), which will be clearly stated on the official giveaway page.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing following the conclusion of the Entry Period.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law, including Puerto Rico and other restricted jurisdictions.

Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

4. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

5. How To Enter

A. Purchase Method

During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may receive entries by purchasing Texas Stock Rally merchandise or promotional packages through www.txstockrally.com or at official Texas Stock Rally events.

Entries associated with each product or promotion will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

All purchases are for legitimate products or promotional experiences offered by Texas Stock Rally. Entries are provided as a promotional bonus.

B. Free Entry Method (Alternate Method of Entry – AMOE)

Participants may enter for free by submitting a mail-in entry.

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, city/state of residence, and the name of the current Sweepstakes on a plain 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received before the drawing date.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as the lowest entry tier available for that Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Multiple entries mailed in a single envelope will be disqualified.

6. Entry Limit

Limit of 2,500 entries per person per Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry.

7. Winner Selection & Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize

Each Sweepstakes will feature a specific prize, which will be described on the official giveaway page along with its approximate retail value (ARV).

All prizes are awarded "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any title, registration, licensing, transportation, or delivery costs associated with receiving the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Winner Requirements

The selected winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release before receiving the prize.

Failure to complete required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor compromises the integrity of the promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Texas Stock Rally LLC, its owners, affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

12. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with the Texas Stock Rally Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

All Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Winner List

To request the name of a winner, send a written request to Texas Stock Rally LLC within 30 days of the applicable drawing date.
