1. Sponsor

The TXSR 2026 Truck Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Texas Stock Rally LLC (“Sponsor”), Midland, Texas.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Shopify.

2. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on June 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Entry Period”).

The winner will be selected and announced live on June 28, 2026.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

4. How To Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A. Purchase Entry Method

During the Entry Period, eligible individuals will receive entries by purchasing qualifying Texas Stock Rally merchandise or official Quick Entry products from txstockrally.com.

Entries received are based on the specific product purchased as stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

All entries are automatically assigned to the order number used at checkout.

B. Free Mail-In Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, email address, and the words “TXSR 2026 Truck Giveaway Entry” on a 3” x 5” card.

Mail in a stamped envelope to:

Each mailed entry must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received before June 27, 2026.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Each mail-in entry counts as equal to the base entry tier.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

5.3L V8 Engine

6L80 Transmission

Approximately 52,000+ miles

With the performance, suspension, and cosmetic modifications as described on the giveaway page.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $30,000+

Prize is awarded as-is.

Sponsor makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on June 28, 2026.

The drawing will be streamed live via official TXSR social media platforms.

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry.

Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes & Fees

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, registration fees, title transfer fees, insurance, transportation, or other expenses associated with accepting the prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
